Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What products does Sage Brush Concepts offer?
A: Sage Brush Concepts offers a wide range of cleaning equipment and accessories, including the Sage Brush PowerHead , Hard, Medium and Soft bristle Brushes, Nylon Scouring Pads, Sponge and Synthetic Wool Buffing Pads. Our products are designed to provide high-quality performance and durability, providing customers the best available tools for general cleaning.
Q: What makes your batteries different from other cleaning equipment providers? A: Cleaning applications are especially hard on batteries because of the power required for electric motors to do the work that used to require that rarest of human byproducts, ELBOW GREASE.
Our products are equipped with a single super heavy-duty 2000 mAh battery matched to a geared drive for ideal torque for all cleaning applications.
Batteries hold their charges for months and are compatible with all USB type C charging systems. Built-in battery management protects and maintains battery function through regular use in heavy cleaning functions.
Additionally, the Sage Brush PowerHead can be used around liquids and detergents, ensuring consistent performance even in challenging environments.
Q: Do you offer training on how to use your products?
A: No, But we do offer training videos to address common cleaning challenges.

Q: Does Sage Brush Concepts offer training on how to use their products?
A: No, although we do offer training videos to address common cleaning challenges. Our products are designed to be easy to use and require no special training.
Q: What are typical cleaning applications where Sage Brush products are used.
A: Sage Brush Powerhead and Accessories are regularly used for scrubbing and scouring applications as well as dusting and polishing applications. Sage Brush products work at lower speed (revolutions per minute) than a power drill or other industrial tools. This is important because of user safety and potential damage to surfaces that are being cleaned.
Q: Why can't I just use a drill?
A: First electric drills operate at between 300 and 2,000 RPM. This speed is ideal for tools like drill bits and other small diameter attachments. Larger diameter items such as brushes and scouring pads move at a much higher speed because of the greater circumference outer edges of brushes and pads travel. Not only pads and brushes can be damaged by these faster speeds, also the surfaces including non-stick coatings, stainless steel appliance finishes, and even ceramic appliance tops can be damaged. This occurs because small bits of carbonized material moving at high speeds cut like diamonds. At slower speeds there is much less opportunity for this to occur. As a general rule, if you can use a hand brush to clean it, you can use a Sage Brush.
